In an effort to heighten awareness, our department held its annual safety fest on October 26, 2019. Some of the hightlights the community were able to experience:
~Porter Fire Department Fire Safety Trailer with with a smoke machine that simulates life like fire situations
~Spraying the hose to put out a fire
~Life Flight landing anf tour
~Display of Porter Fire Dept. Apparatus as well as an MCHD ambulance
