MONTGOMERY COUNTY COVID-19 UPDATE
MONTGOMERY COUNTY – Montgomery County Public Health District, in conjunction with Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, is saddened to confirm three additional deaths related to COVID-19. A woman in her 60s from Conroe, a man in his 80s from Conroe, and a woman in her 80s from Kingwood have passed away. They were all previously hospitalized. We offer our deepest condolences to the families at this difficult time.
We can also confirm the number of ACTIVE cases of COVID-19 has decreased to 509 today. That number includes 43 hospitalizations. 331 people have fully recovered. The number of total positive cases has increased 13 since yesterday to 861.
In an effort to bring as much information to the public as we can, we are working with our IT consultants to bring back the case-by-case list that many of you preferred in our daily reporting. In order to do that with the increasing number of COVID-19 positive cases, we are implementing new technology to automate the process. Until this conversion is complete, please refer to the data found on the dashboard here: https://coronavirus-response-moco.hub.arcgis.com/.
Our CPR classes will be CANCELLED until further notice.
