The Burn Building is located at Fire Station 121 (23550 Loop 494- Behind Home Depot). The concrete structure is three stories with internal and external staircases. There is an outdoor landing on the second and third floors. 

 Rental of the Burn Building includes:

Rate:

(1) 8 hour day for a $1500.00 Flat Rate

Includes:

(1) Porter Fire Department Attendant for 8 hours

(20) Bales of Hay

Exclusive use of Burn Building, Training Field, and Drill Tower

Use of Cascade Filling Station

*Porter Fire Department requires that students and instructors who participate in fire training at the facility to execute a waiver form. (Located at the bottom of this page) The signed waiver shall be provided to Porter Fire Department prior to participants entering the Burn Building.
